TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) 100% Advance payment to be done for the spare parts along with Proforma Invoice.
2) If service exceeds more than a day the accommodation charges to be provided by the customer.
3) INCO terms is Ex-Works.
4) APIT undertakes in providing quick response to customers and the respond time for complaints is within 24 working hours upon receiving the complaint.
5) Remedial steps including indenting of additional material / spares / services shall be provided for buyer’s consideration.
6) In the Engineer’s travel to site, if there are any luggage carrying charges, this will be charged to customer at actuals
